Rainbow - CH Marcy Mtn's Rainbow After The Storm

Rainbow is the puppy we decided to keep from Sierra's litter with Zeke. She has a beautiful head and dark mask like her dam, and great angles and movement like her sire.

Rainbow began her show career by winning Best Puppy at the Redwood Empire Mastiff Club Specialty held in Oct 2003.

At the 2004 MCOA National Specialty, Rainbow won 1st Place in the 15-19 Month Futurity Bitches, Best Junior in Futurity, and Grand Futurity Winner. She then followed that up in the regular classes with 1st place in the 12-18 Month Bitch Class.

Rainbow won Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners, and Best of Opposite at the Umpqua Kennel Club Show held on June 12, 2004 in Roseburg, Oregon. Rainbow then won Winner's Bitch and Best of Opposite at both Coos Kennel Club Shows held on July 3 and July 4, 2004 in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Rainbow won Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners, and Best of Opposite at the Greater Clark County Kennel Club Show held in Hillsboro, Oregon on July 11, 2004; and followed that by winning Winner's Bitch and Best of Opposite at the Tualatin Kennel Club Show held on July 12, 2004. At the Nisqually Kennel Club shows in Lacey, Washington, Rainbow won Winner's Bitch on August 7 and Best of Winners on August 8.

On August 28, Rainbow won Best Bred-By, Winner's Bitch and Best of Opposite at the Southern Oregon Kennel Club Dog show in Medford, Oregon. She also took a Group 1 in the special Bred-By Group. Rainbow also won Winner's Bitch and Best of Opposite on August 29.

Rainbow won Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners, and Best Bred By Exhibitor, followed by a Group 3 in the Bred By Exhibitor Group, at the Gig Harbor KC Show on Sept 18, 2004. The next day, Rainbow won Winner's Bitch again at the Gig Harbor KC Show on Sept 19, 2004.

On Nov 14, 2004, Rainbow finished her Championship at the Whidbey Island Kennel Club Show. Rainbow won all her championship points from the Bred-By-Exhibitor class.

Rainbow has multiple Best Of Opposite showings since winning her Championship.

On July 18, 2005, Rainbow won her Rally Novice A Obedience Title, taking 1st place with a score of 95.

Rainbow took Best of Breed honors at the Willamette Valley Kennel Club Show held in Albany, OR on Nov 6, 2005.

Rainbow whelped a litter of puppies (by Skamania's Walk of Life) on June 15, 2006. See the puppies.

Rainbow was bred by Marcy Mountain Mastiffs, by CH Storm Zeke of Serenity CGC, out of Am Intl CH Grizzly's Sierra of Marcy Mtn CD, CGC.

Rainbow won Best of Opposite Sex both days at the October 2005 Richland Kennel Club shows.


Rainbow took 1st Place with a score of 95.0 to score her 3rd leg and obtain her Rally Novice A Obedience Title on July 18, 2005 at the Tualatin Kennel Club Show.


Rainbow took BOS at the Utah Valley KC Show on May 7, 2005.			Rainbow took BOS at the Clackamas Kennel Club Show on June 25, 2005.
